Christian assists clients in identifying the best possible solutions for avoiding or resolving disputes within the insurance-, tort- and construction law areas.
Christian Werenberg has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen (1997). For the past 20 years, Christian has focused on insurance, tort, compensation and construction law. He conducts court and arbitration proceedings in these fields, and he has the right of appearance before the Danish Supreme Court.
Furthermore, his work includes extensive assistance to Danish insurance companies regarding the specific wording of policies, clauses etc.
For two years he was a part-time teacher in compensation and insurance law at the University of Copenhagen, the Faculty of Law, and is today a external examiner in these areas.
Christian also advises on the use of conflict mediation and how this can be applied strategically, for example as part of a negotiation. Christian is also appointed as a conflict mediator 2-4 times a year.
For 3 years, Christian was a board member of the Danish Mediation Institute.
